Ambe Group of Schools - Established in the year 1991 - is a well known name, synonymous with quality education, amongst the Educational Fraternity of Vadodara, having its branches sprawling all over Vadodara city - viz. AMBE & JAI AMBE VIDYALAYA–HARNI, AMBE SCHOOL - HARNI,SHREE AMBE VIDYALAYA-WAGHODIA ROAD, AMBE SCHOOL-MANJALPUR.
From its inception it is committed to provide a stable, caring and supportive family-like environment, where students can receive mature guidance through daily interaction with able faculty and become accountable, productive, and ethical citizens with the skills to think innovatively, reason critically, communicate effectively, and respect people of other cultures.
The seed of Ambe Group of Schools was planted in the year 1991 under the able leadership of Late Shri Suryakant Shah Founder & Pioneer Ambe Group Of Schools. To begin with, Ambe Vidyalaya was launched at VIP Complex and the other at Ashish Park Society in Karelibaug, with a strength of 673 students and 13 classes from K. G. to Class IV, but with the increase in strength of students the management had to build a new school building, covering an area of 20,000 sq. ft. with a built up area of 32,000 sq. ft. -the school , known as "Ambe Vidyalaya – Karelibaug".
In the year 1995 Secondary Section was introduced under the banner Jai Ambe Vidyalaya at Amitnagar Circle. In the year 2000 , Higher Secondary Section with Commerce Stream was soon followed by the Science Stream in 2002 in both the mediums at Jai Ambe Vidyalaya. As the years passed, due to town development, problem of parking immerged, & the increase in the volume of students led to scarcity of space. Therefore, it became obvious that a new location was needed. Ambe & Jai Ambe Vidyalaya soon out grew its birth place and in the year 2019 both the schools were shifted to Harni under one umbrella. Having built up area of 1,50,000 sq. ft., this magnificent educational structure has all the modern amenities a child of 21st century needs to study.
Meanwhile in these past years Ambe Group had earned a lot of goodwill and acquired a pivotal place in the field of education for itself. This goodwill reflected in the mobs of people, which rushed for admission at Shree Ambe Vidyalaya, Waghodia Road in the year 2003, having a built up area of 86,000 sq.ft., with the latest educational amenities. It made a new record of 3500 new admissions within a month of its inception. After the grand success of our Karelibaug branch & Waghodia branch and with the demand of such school in the area of Manjalpur, Ambe school came into its being. In the year 2005, Ambe School put its baby feet in the area of Manjalpur, and today it stands tall and proud ….19 year old adult. Ambe School – from the very beginning in 2005, had a huge strength of 2500 students and since the,it has grown leaps and bounds. With the demand of the working parents for a CBSE affiliated school, management decided to open a proper CBSE recognized unit at Manjalpur, adjacent to the Ambe School campus from the academic year 2008-09.This school is built with a modern elevation, with special & good architectural features, with built up area of 1,42,000 sq.ft.
Inspired by the success of Manjalpur CBSE UNIT and motivated by constant request of parents from Harni Unit to start CBSE curriculum & affiliation, we the management of Ambe Group , proudly commenced new CBSE unit Ambe School, Harni, from the academic session 2024-25, with the desire of grooming the character and personality of young minds. Ambe School, CBSE-Harni, a modern and well-designed construction, is housed in a sprawling campus with built up area of 75,000 sq. ft. The school boasts of its state-of-the-art infrastructure, which is more or less a replica of other schools of Ambe Group, including spacious and well-equipped classrooms designed to provide a comfortable and conducive learning environment.
