The GSEB Admission Process

If you are choosing the GSEB kindergarten path, here is how the admission cycle works.

1. The Age Criteria We calculate the age as of 31st May.

• If you are looking for a 3 year baby admission, your child will enter the Play Centre. They must be 3+ years complete on 31st May.
• For Jr. KG, they must be 4 years old.
• For Sr. KG, they must be 5 years old.

2. When and How to Apply The timeline for GSEB is strictly defined. We issue the admission forms in the months of December and January every year. To start the process and secure admission in any of our branch, you must contact the respective school office directly.

The CBSE Admission Process

If you are choosing the CBSE pre-primary path, the process involves a few more specific steps. Admission here is granted on the basis of age, merit, and vacancy. The student must also be medically fit.

1. The Age Criteria Age is also calculated as of 31st May.

• For Nursery, the child must be exactly three years old.
• For Prep I, they must be four years old.
• For Prep II, they must be five years old.

2. Getting and Submitting the Form You must complete the prescribed application form. You can get this from the school office or download it from our website. Once filled, submit it to the school office.

Important: You must collect your Admission Card from the office at the exact time you submit your form.

3. The Interaction and Selection We do not test small children. Securing a nursery admission is based only on an interaction with the child and the parents. If your child is selected, we will place their name on the School Notice Board on a specified date. You then pay the fee in the school office within the given time to confirm the seat.

Mandatory Documents (For Both Boards)

Whether you choose CBSE or GSEB, you need to bring specific paperwork when you submit your form. Keep this ready:

• A Photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
• The Original Birth Certificate. Bring this with you, as we may require it for verification.
• A Bonafide Certificate. You only need this if you are applying for Prep II or Sr. KG.

Please double-check your paperwork. In the event of incorrect information being submitted to the school, the admission will be revoked. The decision of the school is final and binding in all matters.
